As the Smoke Clears

One window into a multi-faceted attack on humanity

Air quality in my home town of Philadelphia last week was worse than I ever experienced in Beijing. In Beijing, the sources are coal-burning steel mills within 100 miles of the city. Last week, the smoke in Philadelphia (and all along the megalopolis of the Eastern seaboard) came from forest fires in Quebec, about 600 miles away. 400 fires all started within minutes of each other, two months ahead of the usual peak fire season in that region. The weather pattern was also a once-in-a-lifetime anomaly, with prevailing winds that blew the smoke south and west, when prevailing winds (toward the east) would have taken the smoke out to sea. And an inversion right in the most populous areas kept the smoke close to the ground, rather than dissipating in the upper atmosphere. Literally, the perfect storm.

It's easier to see what they are doing than to know who they are or why they are doing it.

Like other attacks on humanity, these fires strongly suggest a deliberate effort, but leave us puzzled about the perpetrators and the motives. Who benefits from burning 11 million acres of Canadian forest, while reddening the skies and blackening the lungs of city-dwellers in the most populous region of North America? 

The best background for understanding the context of this event comes from James Corbett and Dane Wigington. Corbett has been telling us for many years that control of the weather was a US military technology pioneered in the 1970s, then blacked out from public disclosure. Two years ago, 108 degrees in Seattle gave us a demonstration of how powerful the technology has become. Wigington’s website is called GeoengineeringWatch.org, and he is continually preaching fire and brimstone, but always with sold documentation. Today’s podcast lays out the reasons to think that these fires were unnatural. And last summer he exposed a FOIAd DoD document from 1970, titled Forest Fire as a Military Weapon. 

Some excerpts:

In 1965 the Joint Chiefs of Staff requested that the Secretary of Defense initiate research to determine the feasibility of measuring the flammability characteristics of forests and jungle growth, modifying flammability so that vegetation would readily support combustion and developing measures to destroy large areas of forest or jungle growth by fire. This research has been conducted by the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture, under sponsorship of the Advanced Research Projects Agency.

Forest flammability can be greatly increased by killing all shrub vegetation, selecting optimum weather conditions for burning, and igniting fires in a preselected pattern.

A firestorm occurs when a large area (generally greater than 2½  square kilometers) is burning at one time under meteorological conditions such that the entrainment of air to the fire is confined to a relatively shallow layer near the surface, and air enters the fire area with an appreciable tendency to rotate. This combination results in the development of strong surf,-ce winds which act to fan the fire and increase its burning rate. The increased burning rate causes more rapid air entrainment with a consequent further increase in wind speed, which increases burning rate still further which increases etc., etc. until all available fuel has been burned. Wind velocities exceeding 100 miles per hour are often attained during peak firestorm development. 

Experts are not in full agreement on the conditions necessary for firestorm formation.

A wide variety of methods have been used to prepare vegetation as fuel, ahead of planned burning.

Spreading of herbicides from aircraft to kill and dry woody vegetation can overcome certain limitations of other desiccation techniques.

Fires can be ignited remotely either with drones or directed energy weapons. Wigington thinks it is done with drones carrying dragon’s eggs. Here is an article about the technology from that radical organ of conspiracy disinformation, National Geographic

Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) sounds exotic, but they are just lasers. Here is a recent Congressional report on DEW technology, which is undoubtedly understated. They claim that current laser weapons can focus 150 KW of power.  

This technology has been around for a long time. I am not proud to tell you I contributed to the theory behind laser antimissile weapons when I worked for a contract research firm outside Boston, 1978-80. Cloud cover is a serious impediment, but, with clear weather, it would not be difficult to start fires from an aircraft. I speculate that the technology has long ago been installed in military satellites. 

Motivation? 

1. More CO₂ in the air makes some places hotter and drier, and disasters are bound to happen.
   
   This is the story we hear in the MSM, but to me, it’s a non-starter.
   

2. Smoke reflects the sun’s rays and has a net cooling effect. There is a secret program to geoengineer the planet out of global warming. Chemtrails and forest fires are on the agenda of the geoengineers.
   
   This is a theory that Dane Wigington has propounded for as long as he has had his website. Dane gets a lot of things right, but I don’t believe he is correct when he attributes chemtrails to a misguided attempt to reflect more of the sun’s energy back into space and abate global warming. Our attackers are evil, but they are not stupid.
   

3. Russia is attacking the US in retaliation for destroying the Nordstream pipeline and the Nova Kakhovka Dam. Just as the US denied responsibility for these terrorist attacks in order to avoid a potentially nuclear confrontation with Russia, Russia had to attack America under a cloak of plausible deniability.
   
   This is plausible to me as a motivation, but I wonder if Russia has the technology to start fires and modify weather systems from thousands of miles away. From the little publicly available information, it appears that Russia is well behind the US and China in the technology of weather warfare.
   

4. What of China, then? China has a sophisticated weather modification program, which probably can be weaponized. Would China attack the US and Canada in this way, seeking to subvert the American Empire and Dollar hegemony?
   
   I’m a lifelong Sinophile, with family, cultural, and professional ties to China. My gut feeling is that this isn’t the way China does business, but I’m in no position to make an objective judgment. Someone else is going to have to investigate this.
   

5. The US has HAARP technology and chemtrails programs which can plausibly be combined to modify weather patterns on a large scale. Are there factions within the US military and intelligence bureaucracies that are committed to subverting American health, culture, and prosperity?
   
   This is my best guess at the truth, but the hypothesis raises as many questions as it answers. 

Pulling gently but persistently on this thread, we find the tangled web of deceit begins to unravel. “Smokegate” is just the latest of many and varied attacks on humanity, and it is not at all clear if they are all being done by the same entity, or even whether the perpetrators are human. Likely, there are forces here that are beyond my present ability to conceive. 

Are the same institutions involved that committed crimes against humanity in the past — the assassinations of the 1960s, the WTC attack of 9/11, the anthrax letters, the COVID deception? 

Are there multiple competing globalist factions? Are they like the Cosa Nostra, allied in their attacks, but fighting turf wars within their ranks? Is there a relationship to the known rivalries between NATO and BRICS? Are some of the forces nonhuman? ET? Non-corporeal? 

Chemtrails must be a huge operation — maybe a hundred billion dollars annually or more. What is the purpose? And why is the program so vigorously denied?

What purpose is served by spilling the toxic contents of four intact tanker cars (in Ohio) and setting the brew ablaze? Why for that matter was California subjected to an engineered drought and year after year of devastation by fire, some of which seemed to burn houses and cars but not trees? 

Are alien abductions and cattle mutilations part of this plan? Is 5G weaponized to be able to attack individuals? Why are the people sensitive to cell phone and wifi radiation being gaslighted?

There is a robust literature of parapsychology, including people who can make things happen with mental action alone. Why is this field of study taboo? Are there people who are using it against humanity today? Are there people whose remote viewing is reliable enough that we can ask them some of these other questions about who is attacking humanity and why?

Today, Steven Greer is hosting a “major new revelation” of what he has revealed many times before — that ET technologies have been reverse-engineered and are available in secret military projects, but not to the public. I think it plausible that there is a breakaway civilization —  people who are living underground or undersea or in Antarctica with technologies that include zero-point energy and anti-gravity, maybe hypersonic transportation, maybe time travel. Bill Cooper insisted that all this advanced technology came from Nazi research (Operation Paperclip) and that the whole UFO narrative was a psy-op.

AFAIK, there is only one person in the world who is putting all these ideas together into a coherent theory. He just released a future-history novella called Artemis Unveiled. There’s much in Jason Jorjani’s work that I don’t want to be associated with; and I am grateful that he is trying to put the pieces together.
