Wow, what a story Josh! We're spiritual beings having human experiences. Sounds like you took it to the limit.

I've always been amazed that when I really needed serious help, the people who showed up, were never those that I would have predicted. But help was always there, just at the right time. Gratitude,

plenty to be thankful for this Thursday! .......

When riding a bike, ride the bike. No music. No audiobook. No earphones. No distractions.

Great to read the story, most of which I knew and have been honored to be a witness to your journey, a friend and fellow "planeteer." Glad that we reconnected shortly before, after many years since the issue of election fraud in 2004 and that Meryl told me you were I the hospital after I couldn't reach you.

You are literally a walking miracle, Josh! I can hardly believe that your legs were so smashed and broken in many places and here you are not just walking, but swimming, hiking, climbing boulders, and ready for the Grand Canyon challenge again. You are such an inspiration. Thanks for sharing this beautiful description of your journey.

Good news about Dr Nass being able to come and support you. And good news about the toe fungus.

Reading this made me slow down and remember (yet again) to look at the positive.
