So far, I am pleased with what has been accomplished in just over twelve months by Kennedy and the MAHA movement. I have a hard time making sense of this as well. I don't understand how RFK can be stymied to this level. Can he not fire people? Does he not have access to computer forensics people who could recover the data despite what Marks did? Does he not have access to cops (of some flavor) with guns who can storm offices and seize computers? Why isn't Marks being prosecuted, ordered by a court to turn over what he has? etc. I read The MAHA Report on substack, and for what it's worth, whenever such matters come up, I pose these same questions in the comments section. No one has ever even attempted an answer. Also for what it's worth, according to a recent column there, Bhattacharya announced (last Jan. 30th) "a commitment to democratizing data access through a soon-to-be-built, Real World Data Platform, allowing independent scientists to analyze federal health datasets". (The quote is from the report, perhaps not Bhattacharya's actual words.)
By the way, I thought you Did have a contact at HHS, and that was how you submitted a request for funding for anti-aging research. No?
Yes, if RFK is having trouble with data that's being hidden, I would think it's in his interest -- certainly in ours -- to go public with the story and to pursue legal channels to unseal the data.
