I'm listening to Masters now. A point that I think I'll add to the text above is that though time travel is forbidden by standard physics, it is "no more forbidden" than interstellar travel. Presumably, to get here from thousands of light years across the galaxy, an ET would have to travel faster than light, and in special relativity, travel faster than light is the same thing as going backward in time. In other words, what one observer sees as "faster than light", a different observer will see as "backward in time".

Thanks for responding, glad to come across someone else who is awake and understands what is going on here. These concepts are very far away from the understanding of the average human on this planet, but there are many starseeds coming in at the moment but unfortunately many are still wrapped up in the new age benevolent ETs of love and light (many of those groups are controlled opposition run by the CIA trying to control the narrative that you have to do nothing because others will do the work for you). There are ETs out there trying to help as well as others just observing as their belief in karma prevents them from acting on humanity's behalf.
